Previously known as the Metropolitan Club, Terminal City Club was founded in 1892 by then-mayor Frederick Cope and a few of his business partners. Fast forward to its revival 21 years ago, the Metropolitan Building was a 100-year old building that got torn down and rebuilt into what it is today – a modern, state-of-the-art establishment with a deeply-rooted heritage and important history.
